I can not tell you how bad I want to reach up there in heaven and just wrap my arms around you. I want to much to tell you that you are now safe and loved while also hoping that I would then be able to try to understand why this horrible act of evil took your precious life before you even had the chance to live. I as a mother myself feel the need to know just how your mother could look into your eyes, see what I see and make the choice that she made on the day you got your ~wings~. Caylee, you are called many things now...One of my favorite is "America's Sweetheart"..You are so loved by so many people who fell in love with your beautiful smile, your loving heart and the way you sang "You are my Sunshine" will forever be etched in the hearts of the World.
And now it is time that I must come to grips with the heartbeaking reality that you are truely gone. You are forever "2" and I'm so sorry baby girl. I'm sorry that we could not save you. My heart aches thinking of your last moments on this cruel earth.
You can now rest in peace beautiful Caylee Marie. I will never forget your precious smile and those big brown eyes. I will never forget you. I promise...
